We will re-open for classes on June 17. The class schedule will remain the same as our March schedule. Please attend your regularly scheduled classes. If that time no longer works for you, please email us ASAP to set up another time that is more convenient for you.
The coaches will be calling children in using a class roster. To minimize the traffic coming in and out of the gym, we are asking parents of older children to drop them off and sit outside or wait in your cars. We will provide outside seating for your convenience. Inside seating is very limited, and we are reserving that space for those who have children ages 4 and under.
Our office will only be open from 1:00-2:30 Monday-Friday; however you can communicate with us via email, phone, or text. No one will be charged once we re-open until make-ups for March and April are complete. August will be the first billing cycle (which takes place on July 23).
Protocol for Safe Classes
- Shoe station will be located outside the gym door
- Coaches’ temperatures will be posted daily
- Sanitation stations have been set up for use before and after classes
- Please arrive promptly for class, as our coaches will call for their students at the exact start time.
- All staff are required to wear masks as well as ANY adult entering the gym. Students may wear masks, yet it is not a requirement. We have masks on hand for those who request them.
- We will not only practice social distancing, we will be teaching other safety tips as well. Your child’s safety is our #1 priority.
- The structure of our classes may look a bit different with less moving of equipment, special markers, and social distancing.
- Equipment will be sanitized after each class.
